Why does my hd2 keep restarting

The only change is the ROM update. I am not yet attributing these problems to the ROM update, but I am close to making that assumption.

I have restarted, and reset my phone 10 times to make sure it was not the update. When the phone reboots itself, Bing resets; it keeps making me accept the terms of service after each restart. Has anyone else experienced such issues? Are there any user-friendly solutions? Was this reply helpful?
